On 31 July 2021 PPC held the 5th Litter Picking event, as many people are on holiday our volunteer numbers were not as high for previous events but enthusiastic volunteers and councillors still managed to cover many of the Zones.
It was with much satisfaction, with the help of 3 other volunteers, that the racecourse roundabout to the Southam road sign section was completed. This was the 4th attempt to complete this section but with so much litter we had never managed to succeed. The pictures (Zoe, Alistair, Paul, Gordon) tell you the story, 8 bags collected and towards the end in pouring rain!!
